Just email the maker.The biggest turn off for me is that these curtains are grey and from the picture, it looks like they were white.Also, the design is very cheap looking, it looks more pronounced in the pictures. Im glad I only ordered one just to check! The one thing I do like is that they are blackout curtains but not pitch black and lastly, The texture and length. I intended for them to be in my living room but due to the color, I just put them in my kitchen instead. Looks decent but to be honest, if I didn't want to deal with the headache of returning them, I would have.I purchased the Cloth & Sheer #4 (Gold/Bronze/Brown). They arrived on time, and were well packaged, but defective. There were issues with poor alignment of design pattern, grommets, and the bunching and poor fall of the drapes due to twisted elastic and other workmanship failures. And there were a few issues of expectation vs. what the listing showed, described, and implied.Very disappointed, I contacted the seller. And I must say - I was very impressed with how professional, attentive, and willing to right the situation, they were. I was also pleasantly surprised that they gave Me no hassle at all. Correcting this issue then, was as painless as it could be. They were responsive, and remained that way throughout the process of replacement. They received constructive criticism well, and actually acted on it. I was very pleased with the way they handled everything, and when they sent out My replacements...wow. They were damn near perfect; so much better than the first shipment. What couple things I did notice, were minor enough not to bother mentioning - and did not at all affect My overall happiness with them.These curtains and sheer, are beautiful. A stunning combination of material, color, design, and style, which is like Umami for the eyes. And very impressive work for something handmade. And that isn't just a marketing lie; they really are handmade. And bless the hands of the tailor who made Mine. They are good quality and worth their price, done right.The background turned out to be more light gray than white when the light comes through because the back is gray, so the contrast with the green leaves isn't as nice. The vines also go all the way to the bottom, so there isn't as much gradient. The stitching pulled the fabric a bit and made small holes, but they aren't very noticeable. After we put them up, they don't stretch as far width wise as I thought they would due to weaving back and forth on the pole. In hindsight, wish I would have ordered the next widest set. Overall though, we are happy with them.Good value, but it is more gray than white. The back is a reflective material which I need in summer to help keep my room cool. They are not blackout, but close. Sewing quality is great. I didn’t realize until after purchase that I could get them customized to my measurements. I think that’s great and it is free!This is an update on the curtains I got a couple months ago. Great at blocking out lights: 8/10. Great at blocking out heat: 7/10. Okay at keeping out the cold: 5/10 - what a normal curtain would do. I got the longest size so it came with cute birds at the bottom. Arrived ahead of time. Would buy from seller again if they have other designs.Flowers are mauve dark color just what I wanted. Unfortunately the workmanship is just AWFUL they are uneven with tight stiching that makes the material wrinkle even after ironing.It is really hard to find curtains for a bay window with a window seat. This ivy pattern was literally the only listing on all of Amazon of a 72in long curtain available with both a 75in and a 39in width, so I didn't have a lot of choice in the matter, but for the record I love them! I feel that they darken the room plenty while also looking beautiful as softly glowing vines. It's maybe a little busy of a pattern to cover so much space, but you can at least pretend you're sitting under a weeping tree or something. The little birds are a nice touch. No issues with quality.Love the print, but not true blackout curtains. Room darkening is not enough. I ordered a separate curtain that is plain white but 100% blackout and had to double up my curtains for real room darkening.Pretty curtains but look white in the online photo.
